I am a freelance artist and like to draw characters from comics, movies and games.
I was born in Vienna and have lived there ever since. I drew a lot as a child, but then lost interest in it for over 20 years. It was only a few years ago that the fire caught me again and hasn't let go since.
Since I've always been impressed by great comic artists like Patrick Brown, David Finch, J. Scott Campbell and many others, I delved deeper into the world of comic art. I like drawing superheroes and heroines for many reasons. It's the strength and muscles, the dynamic poses, the fictional environment, the mood, the setting and the storytelling, to name just a few of the reasons.
So it's not surprising that most of my artwork falls into this category. Besides comic art, I also do fanart with characters from movies or games. And every now and then I also like to draw cartoons, which is what I originally started with and which has influenced my style to this day.
I create all my artwork digitally in Procreate.
